I want to tattoo the famous Tennessee Williams quote "A prayer for the wild at heart kept in cages" on my arm

Since I want it small, can you please please give me translation in as few letters as possible.(in traditional or normal)

Thank you very much

That's incorrect translation because the original sentence is not an adage to inspire action but a tribute to a spirit.

Since you want short translation, how about 不羁 , which means "unbridled"... It's not direct translation but the spirit matches the original quote.
