What does Pu Chi mean?

Post by e! » Fri Jun 07, 2002 9:12 pm

Could anyone tell me what "Pu Chi" means? I've been told that it means pure energy, but then someone told me that it doesn't. Although "Chi" is supposed to mean "energy", I still don't know what "Pu Chi" means.

I've also read a translation somewhere saying it means "One Window". Can anyone help me with this? Thanx.

It doesn't mean anything at all!

Chinese is a tonal language.

But most likely it meant "pure energy". Perhaps it did mean "one window" but I highly doubt it meant that in the context people would most be asking translations for.

Thanx a lot. I'm aware of the fact that chinese is a tonal language and that therefore the same words can mean different things when pronounced differently.

I was just hoping that it could mean pure energy in some particular context. I'm glad you say that is so.
